What you'll be stepping into

Responsibilities

Main Job Functions:

  • Managing, Building, and extending high-level /strong relationships with key strategic accounts 

  • Generating business opportunities with new customers.

  • Develop and implement corporate sales strategy in line with Sales Strategic objectives to ensure achievement of MTN strategic objectives!

  • Develop and manage Corporate sales Budget with the mandate of maintaining customer satisfaction as well as customer retention and growth.

  • Optimization of Corporate sales and penetration into key corporate accounts within the region

  • Interaction with marketing, operations, and other sales segments

  • Manage account specialist and acquisition teams

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue from Business Partnerships

  • Number of Customers

  • Product Uptake

  • Value Growth

  • Customer Satisfaction levels

  • Cross selling MoMo products 

 

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Business qualification

Experience:

Working experience in sales management position for more than 2 years in a fast-paced multinational company or in a highly competitive industry dealing in semi-durable high-tech goods that require after-sales service or experience in an ICT environment.
