What you'll be stepping into
Duties
Support daily office operations and coordinate workflow.
Track follow-ups, schedules, and internal tasks to meet deadlines.
Prepare operational updates/reports as assigned.
Support service delivery to ensure quality standards.
Assist with basic inventory/procurement processes when required.
Resolve minor issues and escalate major ones to management.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Management/ICT or related field.
1–2 years experience in administration/operations/customer service (preferred).
Strong organization, communication, teamwork, and computer skills.
