The role requires consistent customer engagement through a combination of direct marketing, networking events, cold calling, and flyer distribution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
Identify prospective customers and drive lead generation and conversion.
Seek out new clients and develop a strong clientele through networking and proactive prospecting.
Map potential customers and identify opportunities to generate new market leads.
Develop and implement weekly and monthly work plans, along with performance reports.
Maintain an up-to-date client pipeline and conduct consistent follow-ups.
Conduct presentations and participate in client acquisition initiatives.
Assist with organizing and executing public networking events, promotions, and giveaways.
Work closely with the team to support the rollout and implementation of client acquisition initiatives.
Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective clients to create opportunities for future business offers and conduct follow-ups after conversion.
Build strong customer relationships while maintaining high levels of customer service.
Develop a clear understanding of the sales process and its dynamics.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Be results-oriented, focused, confident, and proactive.
Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Possess good riding skills.
Remuneration
Basic salary plus attractive monthly performance-based incentives.
