The Role & Key Responsibilities
- Systematically re-engage and follow up with our clients.
- Conduct fieldwork and travel locally within Masaka for client visits.
- Accurately collect and record client data using a mobile device.
- Serve as a community link, promoting RDF's mission and services.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate must be a graduate or graduate student. They should be resilient, a strong communicator, and committed to our mission. You must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and have a passion for community upliftment. Prior experience in microfinance or data collection is a strong advantage.
