FLEET SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Fleet Supervisor will support the effective coordination, monitoring, and day-to-day management of the company's fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are properly scheduled, monitored, maintained, and utilised efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the company fleet.
Monitor vehicle deployment, movements, assignments, and operational schedules.
Coordinate with drivers to ensure vehicles are available and utilised according to operational requirements.
Monitor vehicle performance and identify operational or maintenance-related concerns.
Follow up on vehicle servicing, repairs, inspections, and other fleet maintenance requirements.
Maintain accurate fleet records, including vehicle movements, maintenance activities, fuel usage, and related operational information.
Monitor vehicle availability and support efficient allocation of vehicles to logistics assignments.
Track incidents, breakdowns, delays, and other fleet-related challenges and escalate them appropriately.
Coordinate with the garage and relevant operational teams on vehicle maintenance and repair requirements.
Support compliance with company fleet procedures and operational requirements.
Prepare routine fleet performance and operational reports.
Promote responsible use, safety, accountability, and proper care of company vehicles.
Support continuous improvement in fleet efficiency and operational coordination.
Perform other fleet-related duties assigned by management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Logistics, Business Studies, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognised university.
Age between 23 and 28 years, as stated in the vacancy.
Interest in working within a logistics company and fleet operations.
