•Plan and execute geological exploration programs, including mapping, sampling, drilling, and resource evaluation activities.
•Conduct geological investigations and assess mineral deposits, aggregates, and other raw material sources required for operations.
•Interpret geological, geochemical, and geophysical data to support resource development and operational decision-making.
•Develop and maintain geological models, resource estimates, reserve calculations, and technical reports in line with industry standards.
•Provide geological support for quarry development and mining operations to optimize resource extraction and utilization.
•Monitor raw material quality, ore boundaries, and extraction activities to ensure operational efficiency and minimize losses.
•Coordinate sampling programs, laboratory testing, and quality control measures to ensure compliance with production requirements.
•Maintain accurate geological databases, maps, records, and utilize GIS and geological software for data analysis and reporting.
•Ensure compliance with mining, environmental, health, and safety regulations while supporting audits, inspections, and sustainability initiatives.
•Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, and internal stakeholders to support licensing, permitting, and the continuous supply of quality raw materials.

Health

 Academic Qualification, Skills & Experience:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, Applied Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
•Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in geological exploration, quarrying, mining operations, or industrial mineral resource management.
•Demonstrated experience in resource estimation, geological modelling, quarry development, and mineral resource evaluation.
•Proficiency in GIS, geological modelling, and other relevant mining and geological software applications.
•Strong knowledge of geological mapping, mineral exploration techniques, mining legislation, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
•Professional certification or membership with a recognized geological or mining professional body and a postgraduate qualification in a related field will be an added advantage.
