What you'll be stepping into
Are you a recent graduate eager to launch a career in sales and business development within the research and education sector?
Our Graduate Trainee Program offers hands-on experience in lead generation, market research, partner engagement, and sales strategy execution. You’ll work closely with experienced business development teams to identify client needs, support go-to market planning, and contribute to meaningful revenue growth.
We’re looking for ambitious, persuasive, and results-driven individuals are passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and driving business success.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Commerce from a RENU Member university.
At least CGPA 4.0.
Graduation year 2024 or 2025 (with certified academic transcript).
At least one year of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
