What you'll be stepping into
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Master’s degree (MBA, MSc, MA,) or equivalent.
Professional certification in Human Resource Management.
A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant and progressive experience in Human Resources leadership roles.
Hands-on experience with HRMIS platforms.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management and strategic people management capabilities.
