What you'll be stepping into
The Human Resource Manager, is responsible for leading, coordinating and steering all staff related matters of the Medical Group.
The Deputy Finance Manager supports the Finance Manager in overseeing the Medical Group’s operations to ensure effective financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance and resource management.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Commerce from a recognized University and fully qualified Accountant (CPA/ACCA) OR Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CPA/ACCA)
Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience with at least two of those years in a leadership position.
Master’s degree in business administration or related discipline is an added advantage
Strong exposure to financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and performance management.
Experience of working with a medical facility is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Healthcare financial systems and regulations
