Role Context
The Junior Graphic Designer will manage multiple design projects, often working within tight deadlines. The role requires a strong understanding of brand consistency, visual hierarchy, attention to detail, and effective visual communication.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Manage multiple graphic design projects while meeting agreed deadlines.
Develop visual concepts that align with established brand guidelines.
Maintain consistency across design materials and communication platforms.
Apply strong principles of visual hierarchy to create clear and engaging designs.
Participate in briefing sessions and help clarify design requirements.
Present design concepts and communicate creative ideas effectively.
Pay close attention to detail throughout the design and review process.
Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders on design projects.
