What you'll be stepping into
The Nursing Officer position requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognised university, registration with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council, and a valid practising licence.
Other allied health opportunities have their own requirements. For example:
Radiographer: Diploma in Medical Radiology and registration with the Allied Health Professionals Council.
Medical Laboratory Technician: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or Techniques, a Good Laboratory Practice certificate, relevant professional registration, a valid practising licence, and at least one year of experience in a reputable healthcare facility.
Nutritionist (Dietician): A relevant bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or an eligible food science discipline, with one year of experience in a hospital or other healthcare setting.
