The Specialist in Internal Medicine ill ensure evidence-based clinical practice, support multidisciplinary care, supervise junior medical aff, and contribute to continuous quality improvement and teaching within the hospital
e/she should possess a combination of strong clinical expertise with teaching ability, leadership skills, ad a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced private healthcare environment offering idence-based paediatric care. He/she should have good communication skills
C. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Patlent Management

Diagnose and manage a wide range of adult medical conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, examinations, investigations, and treatment plans.
Manage acute and chronic illnesses including cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine, infectious, renal, gastrointestinal, and metabolic disorders.
Review and monitor admitted patients daily and ensure timely interventions.
Provide emergency and critical care support when required.
Perform relevant medical procedures within the scope of Internal Medicine practice.
Ensure proper documentation of patient history, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Participate in ward rounds, specialist clinics, and multidisciplinary case discussions.
Ensure rational prescription and safe medication practices.
Quality Assurance & Patlent Safety
Adhere to national clinical guidelines, hospital protocols, and ethical standards.
Promote infection prevention and control measures.
