What you'll be stepping into
Greet visitors/clients and manage the front desk professionally.
Answer calls, respond to enquiries, and direct clients to the right department/person.
Record visitor details and support appointment scheduling.
Handle basic admin support (filing, scanning, printing, document organization).
Maintain a neat reception area and support smooth client communication.
Requirements
Must speak good English (clear speaking and writing).
Strong communication skills and professional customer care.
Must have UCE certificate and above.
Basic computer skills (MS Office/email preferred).
Punctual, disciplined, and able to work with confidentiality.
