What you'll be stepping into
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing.
At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of production processes and quality compliance.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following:
Chemistry
Industrial Chemistry
Chemical Engineering
Pharmaceutical Sciences
Industrial Technology
Or any related scientific field
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Strong knowledge of;
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Deviation Management
CAPA Management
Investigation Management
Production Planning & Process Monitoring
Team Leadership & Supervision
