What you'll be stepping into
Who you are:
We are searching for a dynamic and experienced stationed field officer to Serve as Fido’s on-ground representative at a fixed booth or market location handling arrears, supporting walk-in repayments, and assisting in new customer onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily presence at assigned locations.
Assist walk-in customers with repayment guidance.
Recover overdue accounts within the assigned area.
Support onboarding of new customers (L0s) after sales rotation.
Maintain booth cleanliness, branding, and daily logs.
KPIs / Success Measures
Arrears cured from stationed location.
Number of successful walk-in repayments.
L0 onboarding conversions.
Customer satisfaction and retention.
Who you are
Qualifications / Experience
Diploma or certificate in Marketing, Collections, or Business.
Familiarity with local community or market.
Fluent in English and local language.
Smart personal presentation and integrity.
