Your role
Establish, develop and scale ZARIBEE operations in Uganda
Drive revenue growth and operational excellence
Lead a high-performing team and build strong partnerships
Ensure portfolio quality, customer satisfaction and sustainable impact

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management or related field
5+ years of experience in motorcycle financing or hire-purchase in Africa
Experience in boda community engagement & working with distributors/dealers is an advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead ZARIBEE business strategy & operations
Drive sales growth, profitability and market expansion
Manage risk, collections & portfolio quality
Build & develop a high-performance team
Collaborate across markets and global functions
