What this programme is offering
Arte Laguna Prize opens the call for international artists and designer for its 21st edition.
Contemporary artists from all disciplines are invited to apply and gain the chance to exhibit in Venice, win 10,000 Euro, participate in the Special Prizes and gain global visibility.
Arte Laguna Prize is the Venice-based International Contemporary Art Competition that welcomes and exhibits emerging artists of all ages, countries, genres and artistic backgrounds, and is free-themed. With two decades of experience, the competition offers numerous opportunities for participants to expand their contacts, gain global visibility and access crucial resources for career development.
In the jury, as for each edition, prominent figures from the current art scene will select the 120 finalist artists who will compete for the 10,000 Euro prize, and who will have the opportunity to exhibit their works in the iconic 3,000-square-meter area of the Arsenale Nord in Venice.
The 2026 competition is open for entries in the following artistic disciplines:

Sculpture and Installation
Photographic Art
Video Art and Short Films
Performance and Acting (Stage and Video)
Virtual and Digital Art
Digital Graphics and Cartoon
Environmental/Land Art
Urban Art and Street Art
Art Design
Participants have the additional opportunity to access Special Prizes created in collaboration with international partners:
