Canberra Campus

A private room in a Managed Residential house; or
A studio apartment at Blackfriars Residence on campus,
subject to the applicable 12-month agreement.
Ballarat Campus
Eligible accommodation includes:
A private room in a Managed Residential house under a 12-month agreement; or
A room at Camilus Residence under a two-semester agreement.
Accommodation availability is subject to the number of rooms available at the applicant's chosen campus.

Applicants must be international students.
Study Programme
Applicants must be enrolled in any ACU undergraduate degree.
Intake
Applicants must be commencing their studies in Semester 1, 2027.

Important Accommodation Scholarship Conditions
Only one Accommodation Scholarship may be awarded to each student.
If a student is awarded and accepts multiple Accommodation Scholarships, the ACU Scholarships Office will contact the student to determine which award they wish to accept. The Scholarships Office reserves the right to withdraw additional offers so that the student holds only one Accommodation Scholarship.
Students may, however, apply for another accommodation scholarship after completing their existing rental agreement.
