What this programme is offering
This scholarship is for undergraduate, master's, and PhD students.
International students are hereby invited to apply for Bilkent University Scholarships to study in Turkey. The scholarships are meant for students who wish to enroll in a degree program at the University.

For General Scholarship
20% - 100% tuition fees
For Bilkent UNAM Scholarship
PhD Students
Tuition waiver (950.000 TL/year)
(*) It can be given as a partial exemption considering the academic success of the student.Monthly stipend including housing support (total of 56.000 TL / month)
Private health insurance
A laptop computer
Meal card (after the PhD qualifier)
50% housing discount is available for students who do not have paid employment
MS Students
Tuition waiver (950.000 TL/year)
(*) It can be given as a partial exemption considering the academic success of the student.Monthly stipend including housing support (total of 46.000 TL / month)

25% housing discount is available for students who do not have paid employment
Successful MS students can be considered for PhD graduate Scholarship/Fellowship.
Requirements for Bilkent University Scholarships Undergraduate Scholarship Qualification
Candidates interested in this Bilkent University scholarship programs are expected to meet the following eligibility criteria;
Candidates must be international students;
Students admitted into any undergraduate or postgraduate degree program;
Students enrolling full time in the Honours program in the semester for which the scholarship is awarded.
Applicants must have a high school certificate or equivalent.
Students on accommodation scholarship are required to maintain a minimum Annual-GPA of 2.50/4.00.
English Language Requirement: Applicants are required to provide evidence of meeting the Bilkent University’s minimum English language proficiency requirements.
