Eligibility Requirements
Applicants to the Fulbright Foreign Student Program must meet several key criteria:
Science
Hold at least a four-year bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
Be a citizen and resident of Bangladesh at the time of application
Have at least two years of full-time professional experience relevant to their field
Demonstrate English proficiency (minimum TOEFL score of 90 or IELTS score of 7)
Not currently hold a U.S. degree or be enrolled in a U.S. academic program
Not hold a master’s degree from a foreign country (except Bangladesh)
Meet additional eligibility rules, including visa-related requirements (such as not being subject to 212(e))
