Important Funding Condition
Applicants must declare any other scholarships or financial support they receive for the same master's programme.
If additional funding is available, the IAEA may reduce its financial contribution accordingly. Failure to disclose other scholarships in a timely and transparent manner may result in suspension of IAEA support.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the IAEA Marie Sklodowska-Curie Fellowship Programme, applicants must:
Be female.
Be a citizen of an IAEA Member State.
Be accepted by, or enrolled in, an accredited university in a master's programme.
Be pursuing a degree in a nuclear-related field relevant to the IAEA's work.
Preference is given to candidates with strong academic records, generally:
75% or above, or
GPA above 3.0/4.0.

Obligations of Selected Fellows
Successful applicants will receive a fellowship offer and must confirm acceptance within one week.
The offer will outline the award details, payment arrangements, expected commitments and administrative requirements.
Selected fellows are expected to:
Complete their master's programme.
Comply with the conditions of the fellowship.
Meet the programme requirements.
Failure to complete the master's programme or comply with fellowship requirements may result in termination of the award and a requirement to repay tuition and living-cost support received from the IAEA.
