What this programme is offering
Applications are open for the Masdar WiSER Pioneers Program 2026, a year-long leadership development programme for women working in sustainability, clean energy, climate action, environmental and STEM-related fields.
Organized by Masdar through its Women in Sustainability, Environment and Renewable Energy (WiSER) initiative, the programme provides leadership training, mentorship, professional development, and access to global sustainability networks.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
Be a woman aged 25–35
Be currently employed or self-employed
Hold a university degree in a relevant field such as environment, energy, sustainability, science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
Have at least two years of professional work experience
Demonstrate strong spoken English
Complete the online application and submit the required documents
Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but is not required.
Participant Responsibilities
Selected participants are expected to:
Attend at least 70% of scheduled workshops and events
Commit to the full year-long programme
Participate in Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week and the annual WiSER Forum
Promote the programme through professional or social networks where appropriate
Complete programme surveys and provide feedback
