  • Applicants Who Are Not Eligible

    The program excludes applicants who hold certain residency or citizenship statuses outside Africa.

    • Dual citizens of Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, or the European Union

    • Permanent residents of Canada, the US, UK, or EU
