The 4Tomorrow Association is inviting designers and creative minds worldwide to participate in the 14th edition of Poster for Tomorrow, an international poster design competition focused on the theme “Dignity.”
The competition aims to promote graphic design as a powerful tool for social change, encouraging designers to use visual communication to spark conversations about important issues affecting society.
🌍 Theme: Dignity
Everyone has their own interpretation of dignity.
For some, it may mean self-respect, fairness, equality, or simply doing what is right. Whatever dignity means to each of us, the important thing is that we respect one another’s perspectives.
Dignity is a fundamental human right, recognized in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
The Preamble refers to “the dignity and worth of the human person,” while Article 1 states that all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.
Dignity becomes especially important when it is threatened.
Violations of human rights—including the rights to healthcare, education, and work—can directly affect human dignity. The organizers challenge participants to consider an important question:
Can one person truly live in dignity when another person’s dignity is taken away?
The theme also reflects on violence, discrimination, hatred, displacement, and other human rights violations occurring around the world.
Through this competition, 4Tomorrow calls on designers to create powerful visual messages reminding the world that everyone has the right to dignity—for themselves and for others.
