The Sciences Po Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program 2027 offers eligible young Africans an opportunity to pursue a fully funded two-year Master’s degree at Sciences Po University in France.

Eligibility Requirements
Must be a citizen of an African country. Applicants with dual citizenship that includes a non-African country are ineligible.
Must hold or be completing a Bachelor’s degree from an eligible university, have completed an approved bridge or mentoring programme, or qualify through recognised refugee status.
Must be under 35 years old on 1 September of the application year.
Must not already hold or be pursuing a Master’s degree.
Must be applying to the programme for the first time.
Required Documents: Proof of identity and evidence of Bachelor’s degree studies or completion. Additional documents may be required depending on the applicant’s eligibility pathway.
