What you'll be stepping into
Main Job Functions
Review and assess customers’ requests for creditworthiness
Analyze financial documents, payment history, and risk indicators
Ensure all decisions align with internal risk policies and regulatory requirements
Conduct detailed credit evaluations for Enterprise customers.
Perform periodic credit reviews and reassess exposure limits.
Process credit applications within defined SLAs to support timely customer onboarding.
Approve, decline, or escalate requests based on risk thresholds and delegated authority.
Monitor customer exposure against approved limits and trigger actions where thresholds are exceeded.
Provide insights into high-risk accounts and recommend mitigation actions (e.g., deposits, suspensions).
Enable seamless onboarding by ensuring fast, accurate credit decisions
Provide pre-sales credit advisory for high-value enterprise deals
Provide clear communication on credit decisions, rationale, and required mitigations.
Handle escalations professionally and provide risk-based recommendations.
Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all credit decisions.
Support internal and external audits with accurate and timely information
Identify inefficiencies in vetting and provisioning processes.
Support digitization and automation initiatives (e.g., credit scoring tools, workflow systems).
Contribute to continuous improvement of credit policies and procedures
Education
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is an added advantage
Work Experience
2 years’ experience in the area of specialization
Experience in credit risk, provisioning, or telecom finance
Strong understanding of enterprise customer lifecycle and revenue assurance
Skills / physical competencies:
Highly developed analytical thinking.
Good interpersonal skills, ability to listen and observe.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility and ability to handle stress.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Strong financial and risk analysis skills
Knowledge of provisioning methodologies (expected credit loss models)
Attention to detail and high accuracy
Decision-making under pressure
Integrity and sound judgment
