FIELD OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Field Officer will support the coordination and monitoring of logistics activities in the field, helping ensure that assigned operations are carried out efficiently and in line with company requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and support day-to-day logistics activities within assigned field operations.
Monitor the movement and delivery of vehicles, goods, or other logistics assignments as directed.
Maintain regular communication with drivers, operations teams, clients, and relevant field contacts.
Conduct field follow-ups to confirm that assigned logistics activities are completed as planned.
Identify and report operational delays, challenges, incidents, or other issues affecting service delivery.
Support effective coordination between field operations and the logistics office.
Maintain accurate records of field activities, movements, assignments, and relevant operational information.
Prepare and submit routine field updates and reports to the relevant supervisor.
Support customer and stakeholder communication during field operations.
Promote compliance with company procedures, schedules, safety requirements, and operational instructions.
Assist in resolving routine field-level challenges and escalate issues requiring management attention.
Perform other duties related to logistics operations as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Logistics, Business Studies, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognised university.
Age between 23 and 28 years, as stated in the vacancy.
Interest in working within a logistics company and field-based operations.
