What you'll be stepping into
King Ceasor University is seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resource Manager to provide effective HR leadership and support the institution’s human resource functions in accordance with Ugandan labour laws and established HR best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have:
A Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Medicine, Human Resource Management, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Ugandan labour laws and Human Resource best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A professional HR certification is an added advantage.

The successful candidate should demonstrate:
Strong HR leadership and management capabilities.
Good knowledge and understanding of Uganda’s employment and labour regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with staff at different levels of an organisation.
