What you'll be stepping into
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for development and implementation of the business strategy to achieve the unit’s profitability targets
Responsible for delivery of seamless customer service through maintenance of high service standards
Responsible for Relationship Management and partnerships for the Investor Services business (Customers, Fund managers, Regulators, Administrators, and other relevant stakeholders)
Responsible for enforcement of risk excellence and compliance requirements (Regulatory, audit, internal controls)
Responsible for growth of market share, while retaining existing client base.
Lead, direct and develop a high performing and motivated team
Responsible for budget control and effective cost management
Ensure compliance with URBRA & CMA regulations with respect to provision of Investor Services
Oversee the provision and development of Trustee and Custody services in line with industry best practices.
Develop and lead KCB’s Facility agency business with respect to loan syndications, bond issues and other similar or related capital markets transactions in line with international industry standards
Coordinate any communication and documentation between the corporate client and the relevant internal departments.
