What you'll be stepping into

Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
3. Resolve motor, pump, conveyor, pneumatic, hydraulic and transmission problems.
4. Ensure working with team and independently.
5. Comply with company safety guidelines and procedure.
6. Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards.
7. Handle personal tools as per tool list.
8. Time accounting to complete work order.
9. Works all shifts flexibly when job demand.
10. To ensure proper understanding, reading and interpretation of the mechanical drawings.
11. To always maintain the log books for servicing equipments.
12. Maintain and repair of all plant machines and utility.
To follow P.M.S plan for all machines
To maintain all plant machines so as to reduce frequent breakdown and cost of repair.
To check on oil and lubrication system for all machines and utilities.
To check and control all leakages for steam, water and compressed air in the plant.
Any other Duties1. Ensure that any other duty assigned by HOD is executed to Management expectations.
AUTHORITIES:
To perform mechanical setting.
To perform alignment for the transmission system.
To perform minor electrical work.
To replace spare parts and maintain its report.
To use the maintenance module in ERP.
To close utilities supply to the equipment incase emergency.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Certificate or diploma in mechanical engineering
2 years experience working in relevant / similar company
Ability to work with senior people
Excellent report writing skills
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Basic safety training
Basic GMP practices
