Waiter/Waitress – 1 Vacancy
Salary Scale: UHI 8LWR
Reports to: Catering Officer/Chef
The successful candidate will serve meals and beverages to patients, staff, and visitors while maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and food hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Serve meals and beverages courteously and efficiently.
Set up and clean dining areas before and after service.
Ensure meal orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Respond to customer enquiries and complaints relating to meal service.
Replenish utensils, napkins, condiments, and other supplies.
Report service or equipment problems to the Chef.
Observe food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications and Experience
O-Level certificate.
A certificate in Hospitality or Customer Service is an added advantage.
At least one year of experience in food service or hospitality.
