What you'll be stepping into
A dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our talent and culture strategy in Uganda’s fast-growing Fintech sector. This role is ideal for an HR profesional who can attract high-demand talent, strengthen people systems, and help build an innovative, inclusive workplace as the organization scales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, field agents, and other high-priority positions.
Implement agile performance management systems that support accountability, growth, and continuous feedback.
Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, employee engagement. and organizational culture
Ensure HR policies and practices comply
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with the Uganda Employment Act and other relevant labor requirements.
Support efficient workforce scaling while maintaining a strong employee experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
More than 4 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced technology, fintech, or financial services environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Passion for financial inclusion and building people-centered workplace cultures.
Integrity and strong work ethic.
Age 35 Years and above.
