What you'll be stepping into

A dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our talent and culture strategy in Uganda’s fast-growing Fintech sector. This role is ideal for an HR profesional who can attract high-demand talent, strengthen people systems, and help build an innovative, inclusive workplace as the organization scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, field agents, and other high-priority positions.

  • Implement agile performance management systems that support accountability, growth, and continuous feedback.

  • Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, employee engagement. and organizational culture

  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply

  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with the Uganda Employment Act and other relevant labor requirements.

  • Support efficient workforce scaling while maintaining a strong employee experience.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • More than 4 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced technology, fintech, or financial services environment.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

  • Passion for financial inclusion and building people-centered workplace cultures.

  • Integrity and strong work ethic.

  • Age 35 Years and above.
