  • Working closely with programme teams to ensure that required goods and services are available at the right time and location to support implementation.

  • Tracking purchase orders, deliveries, and outstanding procurement actions to minimise delays in programme implementation.

  • Maintaining complete, accurate, and auditable procurement and logistics documentation for programme reviews, audits, and donor verification.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Transport Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management.

  • Previous experience working within humanitarian or development programmes is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated experience managing procurement processes, including supplier sourcing, purchase orders, delivery tracking, inventory management, and asset management.

  • Experience supporting multi-location humanitarian programmes and field logistics is highly desirable.

The candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple procurement and logistics priorities while ensuring compliance with established procedures and donor requirements.
